Terms of service

We verify that a person controls a domain, publish objective records about it, measure demand on our own pages, and pass introductions between buyers and sellers. That is the entire service.

We do not hold funds, broker deals, transfer domains, or take a commission. Any agreement about price, payment, or transfer is strictly between the buyer and the seller, made however the two of you choose.

You need a working email address, which you verify by entering a code we send you. One person, one account. Do not share your account, and tell us if you think someone else is using it.

We may suspend an account that lists domains it does not control, spams sellers or buyers, or attempts to manipulate the measurements or the leaderboard.

Sellers are responsible for everything they publish: the asking price, the description, and the claim that they may lawfully sell the domain. Asking prices are labeled as unverified owner claims because that is exactly what they are.

Ownership verification proves control of a domain's DNS at the moment it was checked. It is strong evidence and it is how we stop the most common fraud in this market, but it is not a warranty of title, and it does not mean a domain is free of trademark or other third-party rights. Buyers should do their own checks before paying anyone.

Visitor counts, inquiry counts and seller response metrics come from our own servers, are bot-filtered, and exclude the owner's own visits. The full ranking formula is published and applies to everyone equally. Placement cannot be bought.

Attempting to inflate these numbers, by scripted traffic or otherwise, is grounds for removal from the leaderboard and for account suspension.

Do not list domains you do not control, impersonate anyone, harvest contact details for bulk outreach, publish unlawful content, or interfere with the service or its measurements.

The service is provided as is, without warranties. We do our best to keep the data accurate, but registry records, DNS answers and third party sources can be wrong or out of date.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from a transaction between users, from reliance on published data, or from downtime. Since we take no commission and hold no funds, any liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which is zero.
